My experiences with Moon Audio have been really quite good. What sets them apart from the other high end audio places is that they have actual human beings to talk to and get advice from. I've gotten wonderful information from their sales team as well as excellent troubleshooting over the phone with those guys. A very rare thing these days with any company much less audiophile businesses. They'll continue to get my business as technology changes going forward because I know they'll have answers to my questions and if they don't know they'll sure as heck find out for me! A+

Customer service has degraded since I first started purchasing gear from Moon Audio. Days can go by after customer outreach, or it never comes. Different information from different people, each can have misinformation is given. I really enjoy their cables but there are plenty of other quality cables these days. Unlikely to order from them again.
